Christenbury Village
Christenbury Village is a 255-acre, 425-unit English Village Style Master- Planned private gated community located in Concord, North Carolina. Christenbury is an example of how ESP Associates provides their full pallet of land development design and due diligence services. While the residential portion of Christenbury Village is one of the most luxurious new communities in the Concord area, it is all tied together with a central amenity site and commercial village.

The commercial village is approximately 17 acres and includes nearly 150,000 square-feet of retail/office space. Anchored by a 55,000-square-foot grocery store, the additional retail and outparcels also include space for nearly 36,000 square-feet of office space. To help unite this portion of the project to the overall community, careful attention to detail and the architecture of the buildings will play a vital role in this projects success. The residential portions of the community are already under construction, while the commercial village is expected to break ground in the upcoming months.



Bridgemill
BridgeMill is a 270 acre master-planned mixed use community in Lancaster, SC. With 450 homes, 100 townhomes and a 12 acre commercial village, this community is linked together by winding streets over rolling terrain. Centrally located is a 7 acres amenity site which overlooks a large pond. The amenity site boasts a state-of-the-art clubhouse, pool, complete with a slide and lazy river, playground, tennis courts and other sports facilities.
